We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Logistics Solutions Expert.
This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global supply chain management and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with customer standards and procedures
- Coordinate with import/export operations for accurate documentation and invoicing
- Liaise with overseas agents on requirements and rates
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in freight forwarding and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
