About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Executive to join our team at GOGOVAN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. as a key member of our Driver Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of our partners, including training and potentially working with outsourced contractors.
  • Partner Engagement: Perform tasks related to acquiring new partners, ensuring partners are knowledgeable and well-trained.
  • Communication Channels: Manage and actively monitor partner communication channels, including online and offline initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Create weekly and project-basis content for partners and work closely with other departments to execute these communications.
  • Driver Engagement: Lead ongoing driver engagement efforts, including conducting regular meet-up sessions and planning events.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong relationship with our partners to understand their issues and seek ideas for improvement.
  • Operational Tasks: Complete weekly operational tasks timely.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor or manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: Equipped with 2 years+ of experience in operations dealing with sub-contractors and last-mile transportation or a related role.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computing Skills: Computing skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.
  • Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills to prepare reports.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in any discipline, prior experience in logistics would be a bonus.
  • Personal Qualities: Maturated with a positive attitude, resilient, self-motivating, and strong desire to deliver.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of an extended team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
  • Customer Service: A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
