Job Description

As a Senior Art Director at Sanket Communications, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative development and visual execution of campaigns across various media platforms.

With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the advertising industry, you will bring your expertise in concept development, design aesthetics, and team leadership to deliver innovative and engaging advertising solutions.

Collaborating closely with copywriters, creative directors, and client servicing teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for print ads, hoardings, brochures, digital creatives, social media content, and branding materials.

Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding a team of junior designers and graphic artists to ensure that high creative standards are maintained throughout the creative process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, outdoor, and digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
  • Deep understanding of visual composition, typography, branding, and storytelling through design
