Deputy Manager, LTA Programme Role

This position resides within the Academy's Programmes team, established to lead the development of training interventions for land transport competency frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing curriculum, developing instructional content, and delivering learning programmes to uplift the capabilities of land transport staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing training programs to address competency gaps in land transport staff
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant programs
  • Reviewing and enhancing existing training programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in instructional design and training delivery
  • Knowledge of adult education principles and practices
  • Experience in managing training programs from development to delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACTA certification or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Prior knowledge of Singapore's transport policies and regulations

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be able to customize and deliver training to various levels of participants.
