Senior Assistant Manager, Graduate College

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our Graduate College team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our graduate programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for Overseas Collaboration (ORC) – IPP Scheme, collaborating with overseas universities and industry partners to drive innovation and growth.
- Handle all inquiries and matters related to the ORC-IPP scheme, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Review applications to ensure compliance with MOE-approved agreements, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
- Coordinate and liaise with Schools and central offices to facilitate the admission of applicants under the scheme.
- Liaise with collaboration parties to resolve administration issues, ensuring alignment with University policies and guidelines.
- Compile, process, and analyze admission data for regular and up-to-date reporting, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage all student matters related to the scheme, providing exceptional support and guidance.
- Provide support in planning and organizing outreach events, fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the tertiary education sector, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong proficiency in speaking Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application software, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
- People-oriented and a team player, with a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
