Job Title: Senior Consultant - Telco Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients and key stakeholders on best practices, methodologies, and state-of-the-art knowledge on IT and operations, processes, and principles to create value for the customer in an innovative way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients and key stakeholders on best practices, methodologies, and state-of-the-art knowledge on IT and operations, processes, and principles.
  • Supporting program planning, design workshops, documentation, and other activities from a business and technical perspective.
  • Leading on many aspects of the client engagement, acting as the face of Infosys, including identifying business requirements, developing proposals, translating customer requirements into formal agreements and plans, and finding ways to improve our clients' IT department's functions to support their future goals.
  • Taking overall responsibility for solution, working across organizations to achieve workable end-to-end solutions both for Infosys and the client.
  • Independently delivering specific work items using your area of expertise, such as Telecom product knowledge, Digital, end-to-end customer journey, design thinking, etc.

Requirements:

  • Professional work experience, minimum 5 years' experience in OSS/BSS for telco or similar.
  • Strong proven technical and business analysis skills, including driving requirements elaboration, problem-solving, long-term goals, and how to achieve them.
  • Good understanding of the domain value chain together with an appreciation of the threats and opportunities presented by market and regulatory change agendas and an ability to articulate these.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence clients to achieve successful results and communicate technical ideas.
  • Strong working knowledge of the industry key players and understanding a number of technology standards.
  • Proven ability to achieve challenging goals and objectives or deadlines.
  • A consulting mindset and the desire to be seen and promoted as a leading industry expert.
