We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, and be able to work collaboratively with therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Therapists: Assist occupational therapists and physiotherapists in providing therapy treatments, including lifting, transferring and transporting patients.
  • Treatment Planning: Participate in assessment, treatment plan development, and progress review to ensure that treatment is appropriate and effective.
  • Group and Individual Exercises: Conduct group therapeutic exercises and individualized rehabilitation treatment under the supervision of therapists.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: GCE N Level or equivalent qualification; or Attained Training in either WSQ Higher Certificate/Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Approved Training Centre (ATC) Healthcare (Home Care) Programme.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to caregivers and volunteers on their performance of duties and implementation of social and recreational activities.
