Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Section Manager and Club's Superintendent, as well as maintaining accurate and reliable stock records of all inventory items.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Section Manager and Club's Superintendent in various administrative tasks.
  2. Maintain accurate and reliable stock records of all inventory items.
  3. Prepare purchase requisitions, memos, and tender documents, as well as vendor contracts and other related paperwork.
  4. Take minutes for tender evaluation committee meetings and present risk assessment presentations.
  5. Handle staff matters, including off-in-lieu arrangements, leave applications, and submission of claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours and Location:

The working hours are from 8:30am to 5:45pm daily, with staff transport available from Green Line and Red Line MRT stations. Pick-up is at 6:00 AM and ends at 11 PM.
