Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Crypto Trading Specialist to support our global trading operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trading strategies, providing liquidity to institutional clients, and managing position risks. They should have a solid understanding of options trading and cryptocurrency markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trading strategies in exchange and OTC markets.
- Provide liquidity to institutional clients and manage position risks.
- Identify and capture trading opportunities and execute proprietary trading strategies according to company risk limits.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent, preferably in Finance or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and trading, preferably in the crypto space.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with ability to adapt quickly to changing markets.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and company requirements.
