Key Responsibilities
  • Seafood Operations: Assist with the preparation and packaging of seafood products for sale, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our retail customers, answering questions and offering advice on seafood products.
  • Retail Cashiering: Assist with retail cashiering duties as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Make deliveries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer and team satisfaction.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle, performing regular maintenance and reporting any issues to the management team.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • Citizenship: Singaporeans and PRs only.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience in F&B establishments of a similar niche.
  • Qualifications: Understanding of basic food hygiene practices.
  • Skills: A team player with good and effective communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability to change, and a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
