Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an After School Learning Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and providing exceptional student care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skillfully teach assigned classes using our in-house curriculum, creating engaging and stimulating learning environments that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Deliver progress reports on a termly basis, providing valuable feedback to students and parents.
- Contribute to the overall safety and effectiveness of our learning environment by maintaining a tidy and well-organized space.
- Foster positive relationships with students and their families through regular communication and collaborative efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience, with a focus on subjects taught in Singapore schools (English, Mathematics, Science).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong passion for teaching and nurturing students.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Education System and Assessment Criteria is desirable.
