Senior iOS Software Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior iOS Software Development Manager to lead our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in iOS application development, technical leadership, and software engineering.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient iOS applications using modern design patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, VIPER)
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of iOS applications by guiding junior developers and ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and app design
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing applications
  • Implement continuous development processes, maintaining and enhancing the app based on user feedback, crash analytics, and evolving technologies
  • Establish rigorous testing practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain high standards for code maintainability and testability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in iOS application development
  • Advanced knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI, with experience in building, testing, and deploying iOS Applications
  • Strong understanding of design patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture) and ability to architect scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud-based services such as Firebase or AWS
  • Proficiency in optimizing app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness for a seamless user experience
  • Skilled in using testing tools such as XCTest, XCUITest, and other unit or UI testing frameworks to ensure application reliability
  • Expertise in Git and version control workflows, ensuring code collaboration and versioning best practices
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise
