Property Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Lead to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our condominium complex.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for building trade, site staff, and rostering of duties
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, and public walkways to ensure optimal functionality
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and council members through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to management office operations to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
  • Review and submit recommendations on residents' renovation permits to ensure adherence to property regulations
  • Organize and facilitate Sub-Committee Meetings and prepare meeting minutes in a timely manner
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in a property-related field, such as real estate or facilities management
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management, preferably with leadership roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience handling large-scale projects, such as TOP Projects
