Job Title: Senior Mechanical and Electrical Professional

This role involves coordinating the planning, scheduling, controlling, and execution of mechanical and electrical works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing M&E sub-contractors to ensure accurate and timely completion of their tasks, adhering to specifications and drawings.

The position requires a high level of technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as strong communication and project management skills. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating with clients and consultants on technical resolutions, inspections, and submissions;
  • Reviewing and coordinating subcontractors' shop drawings and quotations for mechanical and electrical compliance;
  • Supervising and inspecting mechanical and electrical works to ensure quality and adherence to specifications;
  • Liaising with consultants for technical clarification;
  • Monitoring and ensuring all works are completed within schedule time and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry;
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills;
  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
