Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at The CAP Consulting Group PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that involves providing administrative support to our Chief Admin Officer (CAO) and Admin Mgr. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, including the reception area, conference/meeting rooms, and pantries. Your duties will include maintaining accurate records, preparing instructions, and updating databases.

You will also be involved in procuring and tracking office supplies, managing hotel and transportation reservations, and supporting expats with apartment and visa applications. Additionally, you will assist with organizing company events and meetings, as well as coordinate preparation and distribution of seasonal greeting cards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CAO and Admin Mgr
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare instructions
  • Update databases and manage office supplies
  • Procure and track office supplies
