Job Title: Leadership and Custodial Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the custodial program, ensuring that services meet site needs. As a key leader, this role involves coordinating activities with employees, monitoring performance, and driving quality results.

  • Develops and implements effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensures all necessary equipment and supplies are available to employees to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reports incidents and hazardous conditions to site management in a timely manner.
  • Maintains accurate records and logs related to employee performance, inventory control, and maintenance issues.
  • Collaborates with site managers to develop corrective action plans and implement process improvements.

Provides leadership and guidance to employees, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and applicable laws.

Monitors employee usage of personal protective equipment and reports any issues or concerns to site management.
