We're looking for a highly motivated Margin Risk Specialist to join our Trading Services team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and resolving margin calls, communicating with customers via phone or email to resolve escalated issues, and reviewing risk-based alerts.

You'll contribute to options-related and trading operations, ensuring the smooth execution of our margin business. Your expertise will help us deliver an excellent end-customer experience while mitigating firm and customer risk.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve margin calls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve escalated issues and prevent further risk exposure
  • Monitor and respond to risk-based alerts to mitigate firm and customer risk
  • Contribute to options-related and trading operations to support the growth of our margin business
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business/Statistics/Actuarial Science or equivalent experience in a financial field
  • Currently have or ability to obtain CMFAS Modules for Rules: RES1B and RES 2B, or RES 12B
  • 4+ years of experience in financial services operations with minimum 2+ years specializing in Margin
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
