Job Title: Business Risk Analyst II

The role of the Business Risk Analyst II is to support the business in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with investment and insurance sales conduct.

This involves conducting mystery shopping and customer survey exercises to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Analysis of results and determination of satisfactory outcomes
  • Preparation and presentation of findings at appropriate forums

In addition to these responsibilities, the Wealth Control team fosters a culture of control and customer centricity and accountability by leading efforts to identify, anticipate and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.

The team also supports the business in various other activities such as records management, audit support and coordination.

This role reports to Asia South Wealth Controls Head and is part of the Singapore Wealth Controls team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaison and coordination with Business Leaders, Process Owners, control colleagues as well as Second and Third Line partners
  • Conducting Mystery Shopping and Customer Survey exercises
  • Analysing results, determining whether results are satisfactory, performing follow ups where necessary
  • Preparing and presenting results and findings at appropriate forums
