Trade Finance Operations Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Trade Finance Operations professional to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of trade finance processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with trade finance processes and documents (e.g., Letters of Credit, invoices, shipping documents) is essential for success in this position.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis, preferably in banking or financial services, is required.
  • The ability to handle and interpret large data sets, especially operational or system log data, is vital.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills are highly valued.
  • Experience working with Automated Invoice Capture and Reporting systems or trade finance automation tools is a significant advantage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, business administration, or economics.
  • Strong understanding of trade finance processes and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
