Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 12 years of hands-on experience in web development, programming, version control, and software design. You should also have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Business acumen and understanding of business models are essential. Experience leading multiple projects and developing junior engineers is also required. In terms of technical skills and knowledge, you should have a proven track record of deploying enterprise AI applications and data analytics products. Expertise in Python (5+ years) and experience with server-side frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable. Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD tools, MLOps, infrastructure as code (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform), data structures, algorithms, testing, OOP, performance, and computer architecture is also necessary. Additionally, experience with data architecture, database design, and SQL, as well as knowledge of client-side technologies (React, Angular, HTML, CSS), designing scalable OLTP and OLAP data systems, AI-driven application development experience, data security, privacy, cybersecurity, authentication, and cloud IAM, and experience working with agile methodologies are all beneficial.
