Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems.

You will lead full-stack software development, including architecture design, front-end and back-end implementation, testing, and deployment. You will also develop front-end architecture and user interfaces utilising modern technologies such as React, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

In addition, you will design and implement robust back-end logic, services, and database integration using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), SQL databases, and related technologies. You will integrate front-end and back-end components with data sources and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to drive software development projects forward
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical strategies to meet business needs
  • Mentor and guide software development team members
  • Evaluate and improve software development processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in full-stack development with proficiency in modern frameworks and languages
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and containerisation technologies
  • Solid experience in software architecture, database design, and API development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
