Investment and Partnership Associate/Manager
This role involves leading deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution within the web3 space.
Responsibilities
- Drive investment and partnership deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution.
- Assist in executing partnership and incubation projects, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate prospective web3 projects.
- Gather market intelligence and analyze cryptocurrency market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in industry events and expand professional networks to establish strategic relationships with projects, investors, exchanges, and influencers.
- Prepare investment memos, management presentations, and reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Over three years of professional experience in the web3 industry.
- Ability to independently identify, evaluate, and close new investment and partnership opportunities.
- Strong motivation to expand industry networks and maintain professional relationships within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player.
- Strong interest in latest technologies such as Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, and Artificial Intelligence.
