Job Title: Senior Digital Solutions Strategist

Overview

A forward-thinking solutions strategist is sought after to drive business growth and innovation through cutting-edge digital solutions. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, this individual will design and deliver scalable, secure, and aligned solutions that meet client needs while focusing on performance and value.


This role involves shaping solution design across the region, helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of Degreed's platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms, strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities, and the capacity to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.

Requirements:
  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
