Warehouse Logistics Specialist

- Comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operating processes.
- Perform 5S in warehouse.
- Conduct warehousing activities including inbound, outbound, and cycle count, in a timely and orderly manner.
- Inspect visually and report any non-conformity/exception from shipment.
- Support Supervisor to achieve required KPI.
- Perform general warehousing duties including maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, documentation control, etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation submission.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience.
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office applications.
- Effective communication with overseas vendors.
- Experience with value-added services (e.g., kitting, labeling, packing).
- Forklift license or knowledge of MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
- Physically capable of handling items weighing 25kg or more.
- Eligible for overtime and shift allowance.
