Job Title:

Legal Litigation Specialist


This is a fantastic opportunity to join our firm as a Legal Litigation Specialist, where you will play a key role in supporting the administrative and accounts functions of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2–4 years of experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, or legal assistant, preferably in a litigation practice. You should be familiar with Singapore's legal procedures, court systems, and eLitigation platform. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems is essential.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, affidavits, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Filing and managing court documents through eLitigation and other portals.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital legal files in compliance with firm protocols.
  • Maintaining case calendars, timelines, and hearing schedules.
  • Liaising with clients, government agencies, court personnel, and external counsel when necessary.
  • Preparing bundles for court hearings and meetings, and supporting lawyers during trial preparation.
  • Providing general administrative assistance including travel or meeting arrangements as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a client service mindset.
