Job Description:
We are looking for a senior system security manager to oversee the end-to-end security activities of our integrated e-payment system. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT security and possess good knowledge of system security, including host and endpoint security, identity and access management, database security, network security, virtualization security, application security, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
1. Supporting project works that require substantial technical contribution, as well as support for security solutioning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
2. Monitoring and maintaining the security health of the Automatic Fare Collection system with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Managing the analysis and resolution of security issues and incidents related to the Automatic Fare Collection system.
4. Performing security configuration and compliance monitoring of the Automatic Fare Collection system.
5. Conducting vulnerability assessments to identify possible weaknesses in the system and assisting in remediation and resolution of issues found.
6. Performing risk analysis on the AFC system and applying appropriate measures to minimize the risk in a cost-effective manner.
7. Monitoring the Automatic Fare Collection system for anomalous activities and providing necessary investigation and response.
8. Deploying security fixes and patches to the Automatic Fare Collection system to resolve vulnerabilities.
9. Integrating new projects' security solutions into existing security implementation.
10. Disseminating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to implement security advisories on the Automatic Fare Collection system.
11. Participating in Automatic Fare Collection system projects and providing inputs on new security technologies, reviewing technical implementations, and processes to ensure proper security controls are in place.
12. Developing new and updating existing security policies, standards, and guidelines for the Automatic Fare Collection system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
1. Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT security.
3. Good knowledge and professional experience in implementing one or more of the following domains: system security, security operations, security intelligence/SIEM, DevSecOps, and cloud security.
4. Experience in designing and deploying technology and solutions in Identify and Access Management, Application and Data security, Infrastructure and Endpoint, and Security Intelligence/SIEM in Government Commercial Cloud.
5. Proven ability to plan and execute workload in a demanding and dynamic environment.
6. Familiarity with DevSecOps and experience in DevSecOps will be an advantage.
7. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
8. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
