Overview

A Software Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in cloud computing, internet, SaaS, and/or eCommerce.
  • Experience working in agile environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in databases (relational or non-relational) and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
  • Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks like Selenium, Appium, and Robot Framework.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams that practice Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development.
  • Basic programming skills to write simple code for testing.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
