About the Role
This Is An IT Support Group is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in aerospace engineering and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards across all production areas. Your expertise in auditing and inspecting production work according to SOP requirements will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards. You will also be responsible for vetting production work documents, reviewing and updating SOPs and quality manuals, and investigating incidents and accidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily quality surveillance in production areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct audits as per the internal audit program.
  • Inspect production work according to SOP requirements.
  • Vet production work documents.
  • Review and update SOP and Quality manuals.
  • Inspect tools and test equipment for proper condition and handling.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, warranty claims, and other aircraft-related issues.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Aerospace/Aviation Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably with military background, is required. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in Quality (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 45001 internal auditor certificates). Experience with C130 aircraft is an advantage. Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for success in this role.
