We are seeking a Relationship Building Specialist to join our team at Ethiqal Pte. Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales and production teams to align on client expectations and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead Follow-Up and Conversion:
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads via email or other communication platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions regarding Ethiqal's services.
  • Schedule meetings or consultations with clients and relevant team members.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Address client queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and customers using the CRM system.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
  • Prepare and send quotations or proposals as needed.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the sales and production teams to align on client expectations and deliverables.
  • Share customer feedback with the marketing and advertising teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Key Requirements and Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role. Experience in the media, advertising, or video production industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
