Job Description">

  • The primary objective of this role is to manage and maintain applications with minimal downtime, ensuring business continuity. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and upgrades.

  • Key responsibilities include managing change requests, vendor performance, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Strong relationships must be fostered with internal and external partners to facilitate transparency and collaboration.

  • Regular feedback from users and stakeholders will inform continuous improvement initiatives for applications and services.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices, including ITIL. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is essential, along with 7 years' experience in IT applications support roles, preferably with 5 years' experience in ERP systems.

  • Experience in business requirements gathering and vendor management is critical. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Organisational and detail-oriented individuals with the ability to manage multiple tasks are highly desirable. A strong understanding of ITIL process and best practices is also required.
