Executive / Senior Executive (Integrated Services)

This is a dynamic and challenging role within the School of Business, requiring a professional with expertise in hospitality and food & beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate in the formulation of tender processes, ensuring accurate requirements and documentation.
- Coordinate and process tender requisitions, manage evaluations, and facilitate award decisions.
- Oversee the operational procurement cycle, including order placement, tracking, and follow-up on delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to address quality, delivery, and other concerns.
- Oversee stock quality, quantity, and compliance, verifying and reconciling orders and documents.
- Support asset inventory management, maintaining records and ensuring accountability.
- Contribute to non-curriculum matters, providing operational and logistical support to school events and activities.
- Tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of experience in finance, procurement, supply chain management, or general administration.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, tender management, and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in using Workday to raise purchase requisitions and do goods/service receipt is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess knowledge of market research and solid analytical skills.
- Good communication and service-oriented.
- Possess initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset with the capacity to resolve issues independently.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in purchasing in F&B or hospitality industry preferred.
