Quality Assurance and Automation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance and automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with experience in leading teams and driving process improvements.
Job Description:
- Lead the development and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and velocity
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- 3+ years of experience in leadership or management
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks
- Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, Python, or C#-based environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows
