The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and have proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the electronic security industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Clients Management:
Develop strong relationships with key clients in the ELV contractor and Monitoring market. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - Sales and Development:
Pursue new business opportunities within the ELV contractor and Monitoring market. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Electronic Security Business Unit. - Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor progress and address any issues that arise to ensure timely completion. Provide regular updates on project status and milestones. - Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ELV contractor and Monitoring market. Develop strategic plans to expand presence in the market. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities. - Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Resolve technical or operational issues in collaboration with the technical team. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the electronic security industry.
- Strong understanding of the ELV contractor market and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
