In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documentation for tender submissions and developing tender strategies. Your role will involve overseeing tender estimation responsibilities, coordinating with all parties to provide accurate analysis of the participated project, and collating critical information. You will also lead and monitor the QS team for variation works, progress claims, and cost control.

A successful Project Coordinator will have a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/Building /Quantity Surveying and minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in managing M&E in an IFM environment. They will possess meticulous and systematic skills, positive working attitude, good oral & written communication skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
