Client Experience Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Client Experience Professional to join our team and help us empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to achieve optimal health through nutritious food.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing clients' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • You will build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Additionally, you will manage incoming enquiries via internal system and provide accurate information using relevant methods/tools.
  • You will also handle client complaints and provide solutions within time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Other responsibilities include keeping records of client interactions and processing accounts.

Requirements

  • A degree or higher diploma/diploma in a business-related discipline is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in client support is necessary, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening are essential, as well as customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required, along with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
