Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and update the Group's IFRS Accounting Manuals.
  • Prepare detailed memos and provide solutions on complex technical accounting matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all listing and filing requirements.
  • Support financial reporting and consolidation processes for statutory and regulatory purposes.

Requirements:

  • A qualified accountant qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA).
  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the maritime sector.
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm and SOX exposure or similar controls in a listed company environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical accounting and auditing expertise, particularly in IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Confident in preparing and presenting complex accounting information to senior management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
