Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead M&E project teams, assigning tasks, reviewing technical accuracy, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Manage M&E design development, verification, and approval processes.
  • Ensure M&E designs meet relevant codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to integrate M&E designs into overall project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in M&E or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in M&E management, preferably in PPVC D&B projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Autocad and Revit software.
