Domestic Banking Operations Director

  • Lead a team of professionals in managing Domestic Banking and Cards domain projects

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and accounts within the industry.

  • Develop and implement company-wide strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities include supervising staff from different departments, providing constructive feedback, evaluating business procedures, and applying improvements.

  • Manage budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives

Strong negotiation and business management skills are required, as well as analytical thinking and proactive attitude. Experience selling to and presenting to high-level decision-makers is also essential.

  • Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to managers and employees

Leadership abilities and working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics are necessary for this position.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

Experience managing financials, including budget, margins, and P&L, is required.

  • Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to evaluate company efficiency and effectiveness

Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset are required for success in this role.
