Job Title: Creative Hair Artist

This role involves creating bespoke hairstyles and providing expert hair treatments to clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the beauty industry and be able to design and create unique looks for customers.

  • Key responsibilities include designing and creating hairstyles, providing hair scalp treatments, offering colour services and bleaching hair, as well as managing salon inventory and equipment.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create bespoke hairstyles for clients
  • Provide expert hair scalp treatments and offer a range of colour services including single and double colours, bleach hair and shampoos.
  • Manage salon inventory and equipment, ensuring that all equipment is maintained in good working order.
  • Participate in salon promotions, events and roadshows to promote the business and attract new clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the beauty industry and experience in hairdressing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
