Job Title: Senior Creative Hair Artiste

This is a challenging role for a talented hairstylist to lead our team in creating innovative hairstyles. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and executing various hair styles, treatments, and coloring techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Hairstyling Expertise: Develop and maintain the highest standards of hairstyling skills, including design and creation of hairstyles, hair scalp treatments, single and double hair coloring, mud treatments, rebonding, head spas, bleach hair, shampoos, and blowouts.
  • Salon Operations: Manage salon equipment, oversee inventory management, participate in promotions, events, and roadshows to increase business.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, track appointments, and provide professional training to new staff members.
  • Problem Resolution: Deal with client complaints and demonstrate expertise in the beauty therapy industry.

Requirements:
  • Possess professional hairstyling skills.
  • Hold hairstyling certifications from accredited schools.
  • Have relevant experience in the beauty industry.
  • Be knowledgeable about different hair types.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a presentable professional image.
