Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing successful events that promote IT training programs and services.

About the Role:

The Event Planning Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events such as roadshows, product launches, and other corporate functions. This includes liaising with suppliers and vendors, researching venues and vendors within budget, discussing expectations with management and staff, managing logistics, overseeing event execution, and recording post-event performance data.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least a Diploma in Events Management/Business/Marketing or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
