Job Description:

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions, consolidating data from multiple sources, conducting ad-hoc analysis, designing and maintaining interactive dashboards using SQL and Pyspark, and supporting campaign events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop analytical solutions.
  • Consolidate data from various sources to support informed decision-making.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and create visualizations of business issues.
  • Design, automate, and maintain dashboards for business units using SQL and Pyspark.
  • Support campaign events, including audience selection, tracking, and evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT, Finance, or Statistics.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 4 years of experience.
  • Experience with analytical insights or predictive models is preferred.
  • Passion for data analysis, demonstrated through coursework, competitions, or projects.
  • Experience in business intelligence or marketing analytics in e-commerce or FinTech is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
