Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and visualize customer experience data to support strategic decision-making.

About the Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with our regional team to develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor key aspects of the student journey, including satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

  • The analyst will use advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to develop meaningful data visualizations.
  • They will identify data sources and owners; collect, clean, validate, and model data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with group specialists to accelerate learning and implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
