We are seeking an experienced Strategic Grant Governance Lead to join our team at AGENCY FOR INTEGRATED CARE PTE. LTD.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adequate governance and compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, from scheme design to closure. This includes partnering with Sector Divisions to review processes and suggest improvements to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency.
You will also attend enquiries relating to grant management processes, develop and support the generation of periodic Operational and Management reports, and build capabilities of internal stakeholders and external partners through various initiatives.
Furthermore, you will assist in audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Requirements- A Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics or Statistics is required.
- Relevant experience in audit and financial compliance is essential.
- Highly analytical and with good problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, meticulous, open-minded and adaptable to changes and able to multi-task.
- A team player who is able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Possession of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), IDEA Caseware, R, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage.
The salary for this role is SGD $80,000 - SGD $100,000 per annum.
This estimate is based on a midpoint between the title Assistant Manager/Senior Executive and the job description provided, considering standard industry practices in Singapore.
