With over 50 faculty members and 1,500 students, CEE is expanding its research and educational activities, addressing critical problems in urban systems such as sustainability, digitalization, and resilience.
Job DescriptionWe invite applications for an Endowed Assistant Professor (tenure-track) position in Civil Engineering, focusing on areas such as structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction technology and management, or transportation engineering. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Civil Engineering or a closely-related field, with strong interdisciplinary expertise and a proven track record in research and teaching.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading research projects in sustainable urban systems
- Teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Collaborating with industry partners and stakeholders to drive innovation and impact
