Job Title: Experienced Data Specialist

We are looking for an experienced data specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop database solutions using SQL Server.
  • Develop and implement ETL processes using SSIS.
  • Create data transformations using SSIS, including importing data from files and moving data between databases.
  • Build reports using SSRS.
  • Tune ETL processes to ensure efficient movement of data.
  • Implement and maintain database objects and security.
  • Work with SSIS and SSRS packages.
  • Proficient in ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS and SSRS.
  • Analyze and develop strategies to import and transfer data between source, staging, and ODS/Data Warehouse destinations.
  • Test and deploy ETL processes to production and non-production environments.
  • Support system and acceptance testing, including test plan development or refinement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent.
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant working experience in ETL development and SQL Server-based data solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage data-driven projects.
  • Proficient in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers), SSIS (ETL), SSRS (reporting), and database design and optimization.
  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate preferred.
