Cleaning Operations Manager Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day cleaning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring site cleanliness and maintenance, training and guiding new staff, performing a range of cleaning tasks, and covering duties in case of manpower shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day cleaning operations to ensure site cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Train and guide new staff during onboarding and daily activities.
  • Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
  • Cover duties in case of manpower shortages.
  • Maintain a cohesive working environment through collaboration with team members.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and handle administrative responsibilities.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cleaning operations is preferred.
  • Proficient in operating various cleaning equipment and machines.
  • Flexible to work 6-day rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and midnight shifts, as well as Public Holidays.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
  • Maintain high personal hygiene standards and professional appearance at all times.
