Employment Services Coordinator

This is a key position within our organization, requiring an individual who can effectively manage client relationships and coordinate employment services. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to clients' inquiries, arranging interviews with prospective employers, and providing follow-up services to both employers and foreign domestic helpers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and in a team, and have a strong ability to multitask. Additionally, they should be proficient in using computer applications such as Email, PDF files, and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to clients' inquiries, including walk-in, phone calls, messages, and email inquiries
- Arrange interviews with prospective employers
- Follow-up services to both employers and foreign domestic helpers
- Administrative work, documentation, and processing of paperwork
- Coordinate and manage arrival process for candidates
- Provide counseling to domestic helpers
We offer a flexible working arrangement that includes 3 days in-shop and 3 days working from home. Our shop is conveniently located at 87 Circuit Road #01-987. We value work-life balance and welcome kids to stay in the shop if their parents are working.
Requirements- Bilingual ability to speak English and Chinese (or Bahasa or Burmese)
- Able to use computer: Email, PDF files, Microsoft Office application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- CEI Basic certification is required
