We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Economic Agencies (1976) PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to our menu and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure timely and efficient food service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Promote teamwork and communication among kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage your kitchen section during service, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and specials.
  • Assist with private events and functions, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Experience in food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and principles.
  • Diligent and disciplined, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and share knowledge, with a passion for continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Professional attitude and behavior, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information:
  • Annual Leave: 14 days
  • Working Days: Tues - Sat
  • Off Days: Monday & Sunday
  • Public Holiday Off
  • Location: River Valley
