We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant at Serangoon Gardens Country Club. The successful candidate will assist the Finance Manager in maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key Tasks:- Timely reconcile of revenue from Food & Beverage and Sports & Recreation.
- Issuance of vouchers when required.
- Support the Finance Manager in Month End Closing procedures, including stock takes.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum 'O' Level or professional certificate in office skills.
- Preferably entry-level experience in General accounting or an equivalent field.
- Some related working experience or internship experience is considered.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills and strong team player abilities.
- Able to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
